This page explains how to delete your data from Noran Shine CRM, operated by Noran Shine Photography LLC, and exactly what is deleted versus retained. Questions: support@noranshine.com.
How to request deletion
- Disconnect a connected account in the app — immediately removes the connection and deletes stored access tokens.
- Remove the app from your Facebook/Instagram settings — triggers our automated data-deletion callback; we remove the associated connection data.
- Email support@noranshine.com from your account address — use this for full account deletion.
What is deleted vs. retained
Disconnecting Instagram/Facebook immediately removes the connection and stored access tokens. Messages already received into your CRM are your business records and are retained unless you delete them in the app or request full account deletion. To request deletion, email support@noranshine.com — or removing the app from your Facebook/Instagram settings triggers our automated deletion callback. We also honor message-unsend/deletion events from Meta (we remove our stored copy).

Automated Meta data-deletion callback
When you remove the app from Facebook/Instagram, Meta sends a signed deletion request to our secure HTTPS endpoint. We verify it, identify the connection by Meta's app-scoped user id, delete the associated connection data, and return a confirmation code and status URL. To check status, contact support@noranshine.com with your confirmation code.
Timeframe
Requests are processed within 30 days; disconnect and token removal are immediate. Limited records may be retained where required by law.
